Welcome to PlayMotus for iPhone and iPad, a game inspired by the popular TV show Lingo, blending elements of Mastermind and word puzzles!
The objective is straightforward: you need to guess a word based on just its initial letter within six attempts. Correct letters in the right position are shown in red, misplaced ones in yellow, and if a letter is not present, the box remains blue.
There are four engaging game modes to choose from:
<ul>
<li>Classic: Find ten words within a set time limit.</li>
<li>Time Trial: Discover as many words as possible within a specific time frame. Finding a word adds extra seconds to your timer!</li>
<li>Survival: No time constraints here! Keep finding words for as long as you can.</li>
<li>Training: A relaxed game mode without any time pressure.</li>
</ul>
Customization options include:
<ul>
<li>Keyboard layout: Choose from ABCDEF, AZERTY, or QWERTY.</li>
<li>Word language: Select between English or French dictionaries.</li>
<li>Word length: Range from 5 to 12 letters.</li>
<li>Word difficulty: Opt for easy, medium, or hard levels.</li>
<li>Gameplay start point: Begin with the first or second letter revealed.</li>
<li>Hint settings: Decide whether to start from the initial position or the first non-identified letter. Use the hint keyboard to display the current letter status.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Play with nearly 300,000 English words spanning 5 to 12 letters. All valid words are accepted. Additionally, explore the French mode with over 350,000 words from the "language of Molière" (excluding proper nouns and conjugated verbs unless as present or past participle).</li>
<li>Enjoy three difficulty levels based on word frequency across various search engines.</li>
<li>"Politically incorrect" words are permitted but not used during gameplay.</li>
</ul>
